By using It's Five O'Clock Somewhere, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, or if you are not of legal drinking age where you live, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and age gating
This service is intended solely for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. In the United States that is 21 or older. You must confirm your eligibility through the age gate before entering the site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under the legal drinking age, leave the site immediately.
2. Responsible use
Alcohol-related content is for entertainment and education, not encouragement to drink. Never drink and drive, never serve alcohol to minors, and follow all local laws and health guidance. Drink responsibly and know your limits.
3. Accounts and dossiers
Some features require sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Do not impersonate another person or create misleading profiles.
4. Community assignments
You retain responsibility for assignments you submit. Do not post unlawful, abusive, dangerous, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or spam content. Do not include another person's private information. Public assignments may be viewed and shared by anyone; link-only assignments may be viewed by anyone who receives the link.
5. Moderation and anti-spam
We may limit submission frequency and remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms, threaten users, disrupt the service, appear automated or abusive, or encourage underage or excessive drinking. Attempts to evade safeguards are prohibited.
6. Cocktail information
Recipes, histories, locations, times, and measurements are provided for novelty and general information. Accuracy and availability are not guaranteed. Check ingredients for allergens and use appropriate food and alcohol safety practices.
7. Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or discontinue without notice. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as available without guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, the service owner is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, user content, drink preparation, or alcohol consumption. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
