Responsible Service & Age Policy
It's Five O'Clock Somewhere is a novelty cocktail-exploration experience inspired by retro spy serials. Because it centers on alcoholic beverages, we take age gating and responsible use seriously.
1. Age requirement
You must be of legal drinking age in your country, province, or territory to use this site. In the United States that means 21 or older. The site displays an age gate on first visit and asks you to confirm that you meet this requirement before entering.
2. No minors
This service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under the legal drinking age, please leave the site and do not attempt to create an account or complete assignments.
3. Responsible drinking
Cocktail assignments are for entertainment and education. They are not encouragement to drink excessively, to drink and drive, or to violate local laws. Please drink responsibly, know your limits, and never operate a vehicle or machinery after drinking.
4. Parental and guardian guidance
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided personal information or is using this service, please contact us through the published project channel so we can remove the relevant records.
5. Content warnings
The site references alcohol, fictional spy violence, and character death scenes from a television program. User-generated special assignments are moderated but not pre-screened; public content may contain mature references.
6. Account and community safeguards
Account creation is limited to authenticated adults through trusted sign-in providers. Community submissions are rate-limited and may be removed if they encourage underage drinking, dangerous consumption, or other violations of our Terms & Conditions.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as laws or the service change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
