Ti' Punch: Midnight Cable

Papeete, French Polynesia Pacific/Tahiti

History

The minimalist Ti' Punch belongs to the French Caribbean, but its rhum-agricole ritual also thrives across French Polynesia, where cane spirits meet Pacific hospitality. This is a clearly labeled house field riff rather than a historical classic: Aromatic bitters pull warm spice and orange peel into the foreground.
