The minimalist Ti' Punch belongs to the French Caribbean, but its rhum-agricole ritual also thrives across French Polynesia, where cane spirits meet Pacific hospitality. Ingredients

  • 12 oz rhum agricole
  • 21 barspoon cane syrup
  • 3Lime coin
  • 41/4 oz hibiscus syrup

Method

  1. 01Squeeze the lime into a small glass, add syrup and rum, then stir.
  2. 02Add the hibiscus syrup before mixing and garnish with a citrus wheel.
