Southside: Midnight Cable
Melbourne, Australia Australia/Melbourne
History
Though its origin is debated between Chicago and New York, the minty gin sour is a fixture of Australia’s contemporary, gin-loving bar culture. This is a clearly labeled house field riff rather than a historical classic: Aromatic bitters pull warm spice and orange peel into the foreground.
