American bartender Victor Morris is generally credited with creating the drink in 1920s Lima; Mario Bruiget later added egg white and bitters.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pisco
  • 21 oz lime juice
  • 33/4 oz simple syrup
  • 41 egg white
  • 53 dashes bitters

Method
