Japanese Highball: Night Orchard
Tokyo, Japan Asia/Tokyo
History
Whisky highballs arrived early in Japan, but Suntory’s postwar campaigns and exacting bar craft turned the simple serve into a national ritual. This is a clearly labeled house field riff rather than a historical classic: Apple lends orchard fruit, gentle acidity, and a cool-weather disguise.
