Dark ’n’ Stormy: Green Room
Hamilton, Bermuda Atlantic/Bermuda
History
Bermudian sailors mixed local Goslings Black Seal rum with ginger beer after World War I. The brand later trademarked the cocktail’s name. This is a clearly labeled house field riff rather than a historical classic: Fresh basil supplies a peppery herbal lift without masking the original recipe.
