Georgia's eight-thousand-year wine culture leaves grape pomace after each qvevri vintage. Distilling that pomace produces chacha, the country's powerful household brandy.

  • 12 oz chacha
  • 21 oz lemon juice
  • 33/4 oz honey syrup
