Caipirinha: Night Orchard
São Paulo, Brazil America/Sao_Paulo
History
Brazil’s national drink likely descended from a rural medicinal mixture of lime, garlic, and honey; cachaça and sugar transformed it into a celebration. This is a clearly labeled house field riff rather than a historical classic: Apple lends orchard fruit, gentle acidity, and a cool-weather disguise.
