Bramble: Velvet Static
London, United Kingdom Europe/London
History
Dick Bradsell created the Bramble at Fred’s Club in 1980s London, inspired by childhood blackberry picking on the Isle of Wight. This is a clearly labeled house field riff rather than a historical classic: Black tea contributes dry tannin and a quietly smoky backbone.
