Dick Bradsell created the Bramble at Fred’s Club in 1980s London, inspired by childhood blackberry picking on the Isle of Wight.

Gin · yields one cocktail

Ingredients

  • 12 oz gin
  • 21 oz lemon juice
  • 31/2 oz simple syrup
  • 41/2 oz crème de mûre

Method
