Antigua's sugar estates drove a rum industry from the colonial period onward. Its punch follows the old Caribbean balance of sour, sweet, strong, and weak.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Antiguan aged rum
  • 21 oz lime juice
  • 33/4 oz cane syrup
  • 42 oz water
  • 52 dashes bitters
